How It Works
- Choose Your Pod: Select the pod that best suits your needs.
- Sign Up: Complete the sign-up process and agree to our terms.
- Initial Payment: Make an initial deposit equivalent to 4 weeks' rent for your chosen pod, along with your first rental payment today.
- Key Collection: Pick up your key during your first visit. Please note, you'll need to specify a list of accessories you require.
- Access Hours: You can visit your pod anytime from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 4 PM.
What You Get
- Secure Pod: A complete secure pod with a steel security door, which you can access with your personal key.
- Auto Lighting: Enjoy the convenience of automatic lighting within your pod.
- Soft Flooring: Your pod comes with soft flooring for added comfort and protection.
- Free Cardboard Boxes: Cardboard boxes are available free of charge upon request.
What You Don’t Get
- Electricity/Plug Sockets: Access to electricity or plug sockets is not provided.
Prohibited storage items:
You are strictly prohibited from storing the following items in the room, and you must ensure that no other person stores these items either:
- Food or perishable goods, unless they have been specifically approved by us and are protected in a way that prevents and does not attract vermin.
- Plants, birds, fish, animals, or any living organisms.
- Combustible, flammable, explosive, or oxidising materials, including but not limited to paint, petrol, oil, cleaning solvents, gas cylinders, cellulose nitrate film, and fireworks.
- Firearms, weapons, ammunition, explosives, or their components.
- Chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents, pollutants, toxic or hazardous materials, contaminated goods, or any substances that pose a potential danger.
- Any items that emit fumes, smells, or odours.
- Illegal substances, items obtained illegally, counterfeit goods, smuggled or counterfeit tobacco, illicit alcohol, unlicensed medicines, and unsafe goods (such as toys, electrical items, cosmetics, and fireworks).
- Compressed non-flammable gases, unless you have obtained our written consent and comply with our specific guidelines.
- High-value items that require specialised storage, including but not limited to jewellery, money, bullion, deeds, bonds, securities, stamps, antiques, fine art, and fine wines.
- Tyres, asbestos, or any waste materials, including goods for export that are deemed waste, such as used electrical equipment (unless tested and certified for reuse), used vehicles, or their parts.
